These will be a series of workshops thatI I’ll be carrying out for 45 minutes, to allow time to explain the nature of breathing, and to have an experience in practising vital tools together.

About Natasha:

Natasha is a health and wellness practitioner, supporting women in living their truest and fullest potential by sharing inspirational information through her social channels.

Newly qualified as a breathwork practitioner, she’s found a new wave of passion for life, to inspire others to really know themselves so that they can live as authentically and wonderfully as they were always intended to be, to ensure nobody enters the same dullness and darkness she did, but not knowing how to truly live purposefully.

Her breathwork classes are introductory, beginner friendly; however if you’re looking for something more regular, you can book in 1:1 sessions with her too. Classes are capped at 5 people.
